At Your FeetA Poem by SolidadI refuse obedience.
There is love, a kind that even god himself
is willing to tear right out of the frame. Found blessings in misjudgments The way I use to before I loved him. Back when I martyred my dreams at your feet. Knowing my place was to stand in your shadow. That place where hope hung like silken tapestries behind imprinted glass. Shunning necessity of you I refused obedience. Back when I relinquished those chains at your feet. © 2011 SolidadAuthor's Note
