Things We Do

Things We Do

A Poem by Solidad

We use to hold hands.
Laughing and joking about how things were going to be.
Swinging our legs from the treehouse,
Watching lightning bugs like fireworks.
Now we intertwine
Legs and arms
Holding faces
And
Pacific deep secrets.
