Love Doesn't Live Here

There’s a danger in loving

Somebody too much.

You give them your all;

Make them your everything

Only to realise that they

Will never return your feelings.

 

Where there was once light

And love and joy,

Darkness now lies,

Consuming all that was once good.

 

There’s a danger in caring

About somebody too much,

You’ll just realise that you

Will never be worth their time;

You’ll never be worth

Anything in their eyes.

 

I look around and realise that

Love doesn’t live here anymore.

I’m starting to wonder if it ever did.

Somtimes you spend to much time looking for love in the wrong places. Just keep on moving because love dosnt live everywhere, lovely poeme by the way.
