I Seem to be the Heartless

 

I often wonder where

 

Some people find love.

Everyone has a somebody,

Everyone is part of a couple.

Maybe it’s just me…

 

Thinking about the loneliness

Only destroys me a

 

Bit more with

Each thought…

 

There must be something that they

Hate about me; that would

Explain why no one ones to be with me.

 

Having no one makes me

Eventually feel worthless

And ugly and it

Really destroys

The little bit of self-respect, now

Lost in the sea of heartlessness.

Everyone has a

Someone, a

Somebody special…

                Where’s mine?

Bitterly sad, with such emotional loss and lonliness... I can only be comforted in knowing that you do have someone who loves you immensely and would do anything for you to show how absolutely wonderful you are... ME!!! (Not the best perhaps, but hopefully I'll do!!!)
