Do you know what your name means?

My name is faith and misery 
My name is hope and apathy 
Who am I to you when the cards are down 
Can you read me from the inside out 

My name is vengeance and mercy 
My name is healing and hurting 
Can you sense me as I lie awake 
And feel the tremor as my heart breaks 

My name is the devil in disguise 
My name is God is my salvation from the skies 
When mercy comes from saving grace 
Which two sides can I show of my face

My name is pain with promise of return
My name is renewal with a seasons turn 
Who am I to you when I can't stand alone 
Am I just transparent like a ghost 

My name is a lie with a grain of truth 
My name is faith without an ounce of proof 
What will I be when I leave this place 
Will I just be another name without a face
