Whatever Difference it Makes

Whatever Difference it Makes

A Poem by Josh Anderson
"

I wrote this when I felt like I couldn't make any impact on my circumstances in life, but we're all here for a reason right?

"
I've made my share of mistakes
But for whatever difference it makes
Can I say I'm sorry for the tears that I've shed
Or the blood that I've bled
In the wake of my life

I'm by no means a Saint
But for whatever difference it makes
Can I at least kneel before the throne of God
Beg to be saved, or maybe not
It's all up in the air

I'm running away
But for whatever difference it makes
I'll be coming home soon
With my soul intact too
For the first time in years

You can always go to God no matter what you have done, He is there to help you through everything. God is the only one who makes people new, and it is such a wonderful feeling. We all make mistakes, but God can cleanse them all away, all we have to do is put our faith and trust in Him.
