Don't BreakA Poem by Josh AndersonI wrote this when I was going through a bout of depression, and it hit me that I'm not the only one who felt the way I did.Do you ever feel like breaking down Like the world is conspiring to make you hurt Like everyone just wants to see you drown To drag you through the dirt Have you ever felt out of place Alone in a crowded room Ashamed to show your tear stained face Afraid of another wound Has anyone ever said you're beautiful Just to see you smile Life isn't made up of just the harsh and cruel The pain only lasts for a little while
