Saline

Saline

A Poem by Joe Palmer

She's forgotten all the pleasure
She's forgotten how to hold
She's forgotten how to treasure
Or just remember, the things we did of old.

Shes neglected all the good times
Just the negatives are what she picks
She's neglected all the fun we've had
And what it was that made us stick.

She remembers all the fights
She remembers all the sleepless nights
She remembers how good we used to be
Yet forgets what it was that made us so right.

A very poignant poem .. but sadly too true for many. Well done for writing it, bravo
