Mother Natures Morning Sickness

Mother Natures Morning Sickness

A Poem by Jordyn Zacharias

The world is sick
Sick of the world
Of hunger
Of wars
Of Hate
And of People

We fight for freedom
For justice
For peace
When what we need
Is all at our feet.

The World is stressed
The world is stretched
Its full but empty of Humanity
The world is sick
Sick of itself

Let us pray this fever breaks
Or lest it worsen like fevers do
And eat us up with flames
Of war
Of hunger
Of hate
And of people.

A great poetic message, it amazing how you can fit a lot of the worlds problems into a short poem like this. Well done :)
