A Circuit Analysis of Us

A love poem inspired by the computer engineering classes I am taking and my current boyfriend. From a computer engineering student to an electrical engineering student, the one I currently hold dear.

Everytime I see you,

Dropping my Voltage

Across each resistor

Forming logic errors in my head.

And the wires in my heart

Crave your entire circuitry.

I seem to have fallen

for every single one

Of your logic gates.

People always wonder

What kind of output

We could make,

If all of our inputs

Were ANDed together,

But I already know

That when we kiss

Our circuitry outputs

Ones and zeros,

A beautiful binary

That I cannot resist.

Jordan, I'm just a older, retired cop, who did poorly in science classes. Still, I get it. Clever, and even though laced with your computer engineering language, clear enough for anyone to understand. I like it!
