To my Brother

To my Brother

A Poem by Jonathan CuzBubbawicz
"

to my brother in ater next life we shall meet again

"
In the quiet shadows, your laughter fades,
A melody lost in the twilight glades,
with a heart so bright,  though the world seemed cruel.
You were my anchor, my compass, my jewel.
Though misunderstood by the chaos around,
In your heavy Silence, My solace was found.
Like Lurch, you towered with an endearing glance,
But in your deep struggles, I wished to embrace.
Two Stars in the night, our orbits aligned,
But now I wonder with you left behind.
The echoes of friendship, forever shall bloom,
Though you've crossed the threshold to a distant room.
What reason, dear brother, did you find despair?
Through veil of your sorrow, I still feel you there,
In the whispers of wind and rustles and leaves,
I seek solace in memories, of the love that still weaves.
If worlds allow wanderers to meet once again,
I'll hold you, my brother, beyond all the pain.
Until that sweet moment, I will carry your light,
In every heartbeat whispers,"You're still in my sight."
