I'll Take My Rock Bottom on the RocksA Poem by Jonny The Savage
Every time I find myself at the end of my rope,
I find you; Sitting and waiting to pick me up at a price. Whenever I'm feeling paticularly meloncholly and without hope, There you are, looking ever so nice. Your slender body is relentlessly inviting. Our mouths meet, promising another intoxicating night. This makes me realize, what's the point in fighting? For when we're together, there isn't a more beautiful sight. I know deep down, that I'll soon regret this But right now, no consequence could stop me From finally quenching my unbearable thirst. Damn me for fulfilling my own selfish wish. I suppose I'll see you tonight, when I'm empty. It's not as though this time was the first. © 2011 Jonny The SavageAuthor's Note
