Dissonance

Dissonance

A Poem by Jonny The Savage

If you are unable to suspend your disbelief, even momentarily, when encountering new information - your confirmation bias will just affirm your worldview. You may as well put out your eyes and ears. You may as well sever your temporal lobe and cerebral cortex. ..you may as well put an end to any and all cognition. You may as well make your figurative cognitive dissonance literal!
