Call it a rap or poem

I’m staring at these walls for inspiration

I’m not looking for desperation

I don’t want to leave you devastated

But sometimes things get a little compli-cated

 

It’s just like

All these other people think they’re getting somewhere with these lyrics that don’t even matter

Everything they say sounds a little sour

But what you hear from me you will devour

 

While you’re busy living

I’m on a mission

I don’t have to ask for permission

Because when you think back

I’ll be nostalgic

 

See ill cook you up a recipe for success

Never leave the house without the press

Man I just had to get this all of my chest

I can’t stand being up all night, ill put you to rest

And then its time to get up and get dressed

 

Please get ready to be destroyed

Because I can’t keep you safe

Not with this water at my waist

Everyone fights for themselves

Before fighting for love

Selfish not like the dove

 

I try to make them see but in reality

It just can’t be because all these people see

Is everyone’s insecurities

They get to you like annoying bees

They’re in society but yet no one sees

And no one believes
