My Hope is in Jesus

A song expressing misery but an eventual hope that is hoped for.

I’m trying to throw away the pain;

I’m tired of standing in the rain.

It’s like everything is out of control.

Why can’t Your love just make me whole?

Where is that precious blood-stained cross?

Great write. I think your poem speaks of a raw kind of...faith. By this I mean it's just bare, not pretentious or anything of the sorta that usually makes people cringe when the word "faith" comes up. Cheers!
