Ignorance: Man's Willful FollyA Chapter by Not A WriterA philosophic poem explaining very little about human life. There is a way out of pain and suffering.
Simple and calm Is the sweet arrest Of beloved anxiety. I see you bathing in fear And you like it. You feed off of it. Its delicacy tastes like a tropical strawberry, banana smoothie.
Is the drink bitter? No? Why do I see your conscience run to and fro? Is reality actually reality? Or is reality actually a lie? Yummm . . . sugar does taste good, But feel the toothache when left unclean? The tear wrenching pain will soon follow Unless . . . You come to one who cleans all of your pains.
Ha! No! That is foolish isn’t it? Is it? You see, I’m being allegorical. How is your life? Do you feel the worries of daily human life? Feels like fiction am I right? Walking day in and day out continually Till that is, you drop in the dust. Willful ignorance is a vice, my friend.
Extraordinary comes from change However, I fear some of you are arrested by anxiety. Come let the Son of God set you free. This is reality. © 2010 Not A WriterAuthor's NoteReviews
