We often know God but how do we expierience God?

I have a void within my soul

Trying to fit a piece that makes me whole.

What on earth am I suppose to do

When I’m lost and can’t get through?

 

Is there a God

A God that is higher than my sin and shame?

Is there a God

Who will forgive me of all my sin?

That You exist

But it just so seems

That You are, You are so far away.

But I want a relationship deeper than anything.

 

You created me for Your glory

But everything just seems a story

I know I must repent

But all these motions, keep me spent.

 

Is there a God

Who will forget all my sin?

Who will bring me to His arms?

That these things do exist

But don’t let it be a story, but let it be in my heart.

But let it be natural, flowing from my heart.

Only from you do I want to be restored

Put my eyes’ focus on you

So I don’t turn on what is true.

 

There is a God

That is higher than anything.

Who will lift you up on eagles’ wings.
