Katie's dead

Katie's dead

A Poem by Jones
"

She's gone

"
We use to have so much fun
We use to get so drunk
I'd come to your job and off we'd run
Hop in your car to get some sun
Windows down with the wind on your face
F**k I miss those days
Those big green eyes
That pretty face
Getting stoned at my place
I miss our lunch dates
I guess that's fate

Maybe I'm just thinking out loud
And I've got my head in the clouds
I wish you were still around
Come here my dear
Let go of the wheel
Let me steer
You took away all my fear
I should of pulled you close and whispered in your ear
I love you and kissed you before you disappeared

I miss you Katie
I wish you would save me
Pretending nothing's wrong is driving me crazy
Can't wake up from this bad dream
My heart pounds and I start to scream
Katie save me
Come and take me
I don't wanna cry anymore
Its you that I adore
My Katie
