I'm Missing My Shadow

It's hard to be alone when you know what it's like to have a great friend by your side.

I'm missing my shadow,

Because he had to go back home.

So now light only burns,

And reminds me that I'm alone.

 

This always happens, if ever;

Loneliness seems to find me.

Author's Note

i used to always do things by myself and i was content. but then i gained a great friend so its hard for me to be alone now, so i thought of this during one of those periods when i was lonely.
