Love lingers on the lonely shore
Kisses blow in the breeze
Wishing to find the two souls who never gave in
Never gave up
Aimlessly wandering with enchanted hearts
Looking for purity
To find each other again
With honesty and splendor
Rekindling a spark
That life had decided to pull apart
Divine adoration
Seductive eyes
Upon the sand eroded rocks
The caressing of waves rhythmical lapping
Whilst bodies never missed a beat
Romeo serenaded over the sweet seas
Looking for his departed...
Into eternity’s arms
Her yearning found it's way to passionate embrace
Breathing devotion
A dance of romance
The promise of better days
Starlight rays
Blazing a raging fire forever into eternity
The celestial moonlight offering a delicate taste
As pulses race
Fingertips touch
A delicate caress
Wishing they would stay close together
Wings outstretched lift them up
Away
Away
Into the dark captivating night
Spirits in radiant splendor
Angels beckoning them towards Cupid's heaven
The shore this poem takes me to is not one along a sea shore, but a celestial one, filled with stars and planets, one with an infinity of directions to take and endless miles to explore.
Excellent imagery.
Well done!!

A beautiful writing with vivid imagery. I can not find any breaks or places where I can distinguish between the contributions of individuals. Love is the perfect subject for two minds so close. Congratulations Natalie and Gary.

The very first line is captivating!!This poem indeed beckons away to another heaven.Great work wonderful to see two minds working in such unision and harmony.
This must be the first co-authored poem I've read. I love the concept.
And I love love, which is why I guess I was so biased by the thrill that ALL your words moved me!
It really is well written. A picture book of emotion.
Thanks for sharing!
