Early in the morning

Early in the morning

A Poem by Head hunter

I'm up early in the morning
Before the rising sun
Chimney smoke is rolling
There's much to be done
The winters are unforgiving
The cold bites at my face
The pines can hear my whispers
They know it's time itself I race
For inside lies a beauty
She's resonating grace
Inside she's peacefully sleeping
Beside the fireplace
For her I will move mountains
I'll tame the wild sea
She is the calm before the storm
A storm we never see
My love for her is pure
And it will not ever change
Diamonds have stood the test of time
My love for her will be the same
When I return , the smoke is rolling
High in the winter sky
My sweetheart will be waiting
With a twinkle in her eye
To some it may seem crazy
To just let our love unfold
But I love My darlin Daisy
With her beating heart of gold.
