I'd like to explain how entrenched you've become.
You're plugged in.
You're nestled cozily with all my other pieces.
The spot does not seem available for anything besides you
And I'm putting my hand out in the darkness
I should be touching something
IT WAS RIGHT HERE.
You were right here.
Every single thing I loved.
A vacant building
In a vacant city
Hollowed out and wishing
For destruction.
Phantom love. Blinding.
You are an empty space
That begs to be used.
The edges will become worn
Waiting for
