Endlessness

Endlessness

A Poem by Jay
"

I wrote this a while ago when I was kind of alone and I had nothing but a pen and paper and the forest around my house.

"

I see the velvet walls of the forest around me, the glistening of the sun off of the wet leaves. The dark bark of the wet trees and the canopy of endless green greet me with open arms and deep smiles. I hear the rustle of the wind on the loose leaves of the forest. I jump from rock to rock, watching the life below my feet scurry away. I am a part of the forest for as long as my feet can carry me.
