Freaky Fred

Freaky Fred

A Poem by John Phoenix Hutchinson.
"

Freaky Fred the bent toe!

"

He lives outside the box don't you know,
That weird non conformist misshaped toe....

Freaky Fred! They call him because he is so bent,
Pushing against the tidal force his days spent.

Misunderstood shunned and hidden away,
Let him out that prison shoe jail, to let him play.

For he is a part of you don't be ashamed,
"Let the world see my true beauty."
              -the toe proclaims!

Oh, but it's the differences that make us unique! And I've always said, I'm not weird, just different! And so it is with Freaky Fred.
