But I heard your tears through these paper thin walls

I could have asked you where you were

I could have called your name, but you don't answer anymore

I embrace the loneliness for warmth

This cold winter has been so long

Maybe the cold has frozen my heartstrings

You don't answer anymore, and I don´t feel anything

You´re not a man of many words

But I felt your love through my heart´s paper thin walls

You have been stumbling backwards

I could have called your name, but It'd just echo through the halls

I embrace the rejection for warmth

This cold winter has been so long

I thought you were the only one who wouldn't let me go

I could have called your name, but the sound melts away in the snow

Sounds something very deep. Full of loneliness. Grief. Misery and chaotic affairs of old memories/thoughts. Winter's been one of the foremost & lovingly memorial season 2 lovers that bring not just warmth 2 hearts but poor heartaches to its writhing shell as well. So having oneself pretty lost with such darkness of thoughts is what makes love more understandable to divine the pleasure of its dark memories. Very deep poetry u wrote. Seemed, u were having a very unpleasant night since u nakedly gone strewn over the thoughts with words rune upon the parchment of ur belongings. Interesting. Heartfelt, though.
