Crown

Crown

A Poem by Johanna
"

For a contest. "Being a princess isn't all it's cracked up to be" ~Princess Diana

"

The world is weighing me down

Made so heavy by this crown

Be careful what you say

Be careful what you do

It´s your duty everyday

To make sure they like you

Show of the money

Show of the fame

Do good towards somebody

In your country's name

But never let them see

Your human side

For you the rules off freedom

Do not apply

You always have to be at your best

To be called a princess

Wave and smile until you drown

If you are blessed to wear the crown

Brilliant hun, as always.
Rhyming is flawless.
Story line is brilliant.
I quite liked the story, and it is quite honest and real.
Felt like I went on a journey with you, pictured the images in my head.
Still such a talented writer.
Great work :)
