Frozen

I wrote this in 2014, been keeping it as unpublished for a long time until I found it again now.

Your warm breath

Over my cold skin

Could it be over

The situation we've been stuck in

I stay close

Watching the snow silence the world

My angry words to you all froze

To the silence we both bow

They can be said some other time

I don't want to fight right now

A quiet world at peace

This time the storm is inside

can you stop me please

I want to keep the feeling of being allied

Even as I'm laying in your arms

We both know that soon the snow will melt

and it will come back

All of the anger we both felt

It´ll overcome the love

We'll argue again

Until love once more is

frozen
