Feelings I can't explain

You have a numerous amount of feelings you can't explain.
Words become silence from the lack of understanding of why you chose to obtain these emotions.
Now the mind begins to partake in commotion with the heart.
Brain cells are dying while the sympathy falls apart.
Aching to speak how you feel but can't fathom to reel in the words you fish for.
So now you sit in silence while the soul crumbles and the mind roars.
Despite wanting to try again once more, you go about it the best way you can, ignore.
Numb while these unidentified emotions begin to run the way you live.
A heart of comfort becomes a shiv.
You just want someone to understand the silence and help stop the violence between the heart and the mind.
But no matter how many people you find, they refuse to put in the work, they refuse to put in the time.
So now here your are reading this poem hoping it ignites a clue.
Hoping these words can stich the wound before more unidentified emotions come through.
Is it working?
Are those feelings still lurking?
Or are they starting to make sense?
