Rock n roll children

Rock n roll children

A Poem by Joey Martinez

I'm aware of your judgemental glares and unwanting stares towards my choice of fashion and hair
Too bad I grew a pair and realized that I don't f*****g care
It's not professional it's not appropriate
They I say I look like a man addicted to opiates
I'm rock n roll
Residing in rock bottom
And I'll never change the shade of who I am unlike the leaves of autumn
My hair represents the love for the music that inspires my attire
Such a shame people judge a book by its cover and don't read the pages only hover
