The Journey

I have her by my side and we begin the journey to find whats gold

Where the rives run forever and all your fantasies unfold

I don't know if its true, but that's what I have been told 

But I have a feeling this place exists, only one way to find out, lets roll

We packed our bags, and with one step, our journey has begun

With her by my side, this will be beautiful and a whole lot of fun

We have heard wonderful stories of this beautiful place

We hear that everyone who lives there has a huge smile on their face

The skies are a beautiful shade of blue, the grass is as soft as a feather

And the sun shines bright and provides everyone with excellent weather

Water so pure, it can quench your thirst with one sip

Fruits that have so much flavor, you can feel the flavors flow from your lips

We also hear that at night, the stars come out and shine so bright

Brighter than any beam of light

Its a fantasy world

Filled with happy boys and girls

Her and I can't wait to join them and embrace this wonder place

I just wanna arrive there and hold her in my arms as I stare at her beautiful face

We have been walking for days on end, hoping we find this utpoia 

So we can enter a new world and get rid of the last worlds phobia 

We come near a river thats oh so clear

"It appears we are almost there my dear"

Across the river, it appears to be everything we were told

This is it, we made it, this is where our new journey unfolds

We jump in the river and it takes us across

We didn't have to swim or worry about getting lost

Its pulling us closer to the land of perfection

Seems like this place is real and not some crazy guys perception 

We made it across, and the grass was softer than anything I felt before

The stories were true! I can't wait to see what else we have in store

You can see the sun without blinding your eyes

The most beautiful shade of blue colored the sky 

The water was so refreshing, I have never drank something so pure

And the fruits were spot on, I kept eating more and more

I look at her, kiss her on the cheek, and say

"Baby we made it, I'll never forget this day"

We made it to heaven, now I can rest in peace

Goodbye everyone, the love of my life just prepared a feast.
