People judge me for liking something they don't understand

It can be about me watching anime or liking a certain band

They don't take the time to give it a chance

Instead they make fun of me or give me a rude glance 

I wish people would take the time to know more about me

Instead of talking behind my back while walking right past me 

I have different taste, that's what makes me unique

Try taking a chance to know me so I don't seem so mystique 

Sure my looks may give you a certain vibe

But its all about whats inside not outside

Because looks can be very deceiving

It can lead to negative attitudes that I shouldn't be receiving  

I appreciate the ones who took the time to know who I am

My love for those people surpass any land

I appreciate the time you spent on knowing about Joey
