Chapter 3: Clues left by True Love.

(as they flew downward Ulri and Heit dropped Nailah and Marcus meters away from the waterfall. Nailah sighed as Marcus stretched his arms and looked around. )

Marcus: hmm so from what the commander said.. we should head east..

(Nailah nodded)

Nailah: I saw it on the way down so it wont be too far.

(Heit smiled)

Heit: and no humans yet. Thats good.

(Ulri nodded)

Ulri: id perfer not to meet anyone so can we just do this?

(Xalent stood in a tree and looked to them)

Xalent: its important to focus. We are on a mission.. besides the commander has told us to ignore them.

(Nailah sighed)

Nailah: and so he appears.. to lecture us again.

(Ulri and Heit looked to him)

Ulri: so we’ll be in the sky. If I see anything ill tell you.

(Heit smirked)

Heit: with your eyesight the only thing you’d see is a blurry mess.

(She growled)

Ulri: oh really now? your the one who didnt know a mountain from a stone!

(He grumbled)

Heit: so they look alike.

(they argued and flew upward into the sky. Nailah smriked and grabbed Marcus moving into the forest moving far from where they were then stopped)

(Marcus blinked)

Marcus: umm.. whats up Nailah?

(she smirked and walked to him)

Nailah: hehehe finally some you and I time.. perfect.

(Marcus blinked and looked around)

Marcus: umm.. d-d-do you even know where we are?

(she shook her head)

Nailah: does it matter? ive been waiting for this for a while Marcus.

(he stammered and looked to her)

Marcus: h-hold on! there may be humans around too! yahh!

(she pounced on him pushing him to the ground and stared into his eyes with a grin)

Nailah: why are you so nervous? the others will alert us if something happens.. hehe

(she wiggled onto his lap as he shivered and looked to her)

Marcus: Nailah! really.. I know.. I know how you feel and all but… wha…

(he started to her blankly as his eyes changed to a blue color. She blinked looking to him)

Nailah: Marcus?

(he closed his eyes)

Marcus: …Nailah..  I feel it.. do you… you know this spot?

(she blinked looking to him)

Nailah: what do you mean? do I know this spot?

(His voice suddenly changed as he opened his eyes)

Marcus: dont you humans need to eat it cooked?

(she blinked and looked at him)

Nailah: mm? wha.. what you just said… Vain?

(he looked to her phased out as she blinked and smirked with a grin)

Nailah: I went through training not to care what I eat.

Marcus: training?

Nailah: I spent five years naked hunting and living until I became used to it.

Marcus: yet you cant find your way out of traps.

Nailah: you caught me off gaurd, you always did Vain.

Marcus: no im not Vain I was called Feral One by the villagers ..

(Nailah looked into his eyes)

Nailah: but you are Vain. Your eyes, the traps, even the way you talk.

(he shook his head)

Marcus: stop it im not that man!

(the two of them blinked as Nailah looked)

Nailah: wha? what was that… Vain? mmm no… its him but..

(Marcus nodded)

Marcus: a memory?… it felt so warm.. it was like true love for the first time all over again..

(Nailah laid ontop of him and stayed still)

Nailah: hmm… the King and Queens memory?…

(he closed his eyes)

Marcus: but why us?..

(she nodded and blinked looking to him)

Nailah: umm… Marcus?

(he looked to her)

Marcus: huh? whats up?

(she grinned)

Nailah: I like where your hands are… hehehe.

(he blinked noticing his hands on her breasts and yelped pulling back and blushing)

Marcus: uwah! I… Im sorry!  sorry!

(she frowned)

Nailah: aww why did you stop?

(he blinked and sniffed the air then growled)

Marcus: Nailah… somones watching..

(she blinked and smelled the air then growled and stood up)

Nailah: yeah… Hey you peep! come on out!

(she stood up and cracked her knuckles as Marcus stood up and pressed his back against hers)

Marcus: we know your there!

(the bushes in the front of them and behind them shook as what seemed like troops walked out of the bushes and laughed)

???: Kad! lookie here we got some cats over here ahehehe.

(the guy behind them nodded looking to Marcus)

Kad: its a couple too Tan! looks like some money can be made from these two.

(they both walked closer and laughed)

Tan: theres more than money in this hehe if we capture two of em then more will come. We’ll be rich if we sold them off to the mainlanders that wanna try and attack.

(the one man walked towards Nailah and attempted to touch her face)

Kad: c’mere let me get a good look at that face.

(Marcus moved in front of her and waved his hand from her and glared)

Marcus: y-you better back off! dont you dare touch her!

(he growled and looked to him)

Kad: you little s**t! what do you think your doin?

(Tan laughed looking to Nailah)

Tan: this little guy thinks hes a hero doesnt he? you dont want him to die do you pretty kitty?

(he moved closer to grab her but she pulled his arm down and behind his back. He groaned in pain as she twisted his arm and smirked)

Nailah: didnt he say not to touch me human?!

(she shoved him back as he stumbled to the ground. The other man pulled out a knife and rushed to her)

Kad: you witch what do you think your doing.

(Marcus grabbed his hand and kicked his feet off the ground flipping him over and beside his friend as he groaned. Nailah smiled and looked to him)

Nailah: oh Marcus my hero!

(he laughed a bit as the two of them stood up and growled)

Kad: wanna play rough huh? alright then!

(he whistled as four more men walked out of the forest and surrounded them all holding knives)

(Marcus and Nailah backed up and growled)

Tan: you think your tough! were gonna beat you till you like it!

(Marcus looked to Nailah)

Marcus: if we transform we will have to kill them.. I dont want to kill but I dont know how to fight without killing them in my full mode..

(Nailah nodded and growled)

Nailah: yeah the same here.. I was never taught how not to kill.. the wounds id inflict on them wouldnt kill a Czat but these are humans..

(Marcus nodded)

Marcus: I dont want to start a war!

(they blinked as in an instant the four men were knocked unconscious in a flash and the two men from before moved close but blinked noticing the people around them out cold)

Tan: wh.. what the hell? I didnt even see them move.

Kad: the idiots must have drunk too much these guys couldnt hurt anyone.

(a voice appeared behind them)

???: you two are from the Rebellion Force.. why are you attacking Czats?

(they blinked and turned around to see Seitz looked to them)

Tan: what?! who the hell are you?

Kad: stay out of our buisness!

(Kad rushed forward trying to slash Seitz with the knife only to have it kicked out of his hand and pulled back groaning looking at his hand which swell red)

Kad: ahhgh! d****t.. what grr strong!

(Tan blinked and yelped)

Tan: stay back monster!

(Seitz calmly looked to them)

Seitz: ill ask again why are you attacking Czats?

(Marcus and Nailah smiled to Seitz)

Marcus: commander!

Nailah: commander Seitz what took so long?

(He glared to them)

Seitz: I told you two to stick to the group. Dont think your out of this.

(they frowned and looked away as the man blinked and looked to him)

Tan: huh? Seitz? you mean that Czat that fought in the war? your him?!

(Kad shook his hand and backed up with Tan)

Kad: you b*****d! whats the deal with you guys anyhow?! why are you ignoring humans who helped you in the war huh?!

(Seitz blinked)

Seitz: humans helped us?.. where were you when our land was almost destroyed?

(he growled)

Kad: dont gimme dat talk! you guys didnt do anything but save your selves in the war! we have a right to sell you like cattle for abandoning your allies!

(Tan nodded)

Tan: and what about those reports of a mysterious being runnin around this forest? they said it was as strong as a Czat and left claw marks on trees!

(Seitz blinked)

Seitz: what? what are you talking about?! claw marks? how come I wasnt informed?

(the two of them rushed off into the forest dissapearing as he blinked and looked to them)

Seitz: wait… drat! what was all that about!

(Marcus stammered a bit and looked to Seitz)

Marcus: umm.. commander sir… we.. we found something..

(Seitz looked to him)

Seitz: another clue? was it claw marks? or anything? a scent?

(Nailah shook her head)

Nailah: n-no sir it was.. a memory..

(Seitz blinked)

Seitz: memory?.. wait lets go to the waterfall and meet with the others.

(he walked in front of them heading east into the forest with them following behind)
