Dear diary

I woke up feeling a little brighter
Maybe it's the sunshine beaming through the curtains
The fresh air, I'm looking forward to inhaling all that today has to bring
A brighter outlook a chance to explore and discover life's greatness
I might go for a walk to clear my mind to to be surrounded by no judgments
Surrounded by purity, nature.

Sounds good. Just being outdoors, in the natural wildness and beauty of nature; can give us a real boost. It can be a sensual place, with the lightness of fresh air upon our skin; scents from flowers and fresh saplings. Try to keep positive, whatever the circumstances.
