Night Riders( might change the title)

Ok so basically it's about a group of young fighters living in a rundown city. They band together to survive the mutated savages. While dealing with being outcasts to the world for trying to save it multiple times. They are led by jet rozzam aka Captain jetro. I'm still trying to figure out why they are being treated like criminals or outcast. Maybe because they aren't normal or so I'm trying hard to get a good reason of it to make it interesting
