Dreadful Defeat

Dreadful Defeat

A Poem by Vaibhav Singh Thakur
"

Sometimes you've to loose...

"
Dreadful defeat
The unanticipated day crustily arrived
Feckly killing him; he merely survived
His dreams suddenly shattered
The sanguine heart tremendously tattered

Just now; he was gleefully gratified
Triumph and contentment ; he couldn't hide
His brown eyes were filled with sheen
The enormously enthusiastic moment; it had been

Just with in a fraction of second
The harrowing hurricane wind
Plundered his delightful dreams
Wracking him upto the extremes

He couldn't hassle against wrath
Stumbling, he fell nearly to this death
He tried to stand back on his feet
To fight again; to overcome the defeat

He fought for his confiscated dreams
And his eyes blazed with retaliating screams
As he stood against the thundering typoon
He was grounded again; as soon

Wounded and wreathed, he breath heavily
Whilst he had lost everything; naively
His sheen soring eyes were welled
With tears and the throe ; they held....
