Symphony

Symphony

A Poem by Vaibhav Singh Thakur

Symphony....

It would have been good
If we had remained mere friends
If only; we had understood
The catastrophe of tragic ends

It would have been better
If we had remained a little apart
Neither our hearts would have done tatter
Nor we had to face the thwart

It would have been very best
If we hadn't done those peppy promises
There wouldn't be no grievance in chest
And no deploring for incomplete wishes

It would have been nice
If dear wasn't replaced by honey
In the hallucinations of sacrifice
There wouldn't be a solitary symphony.

It wouldn't have been bad
If we had ignorned those plights
The sweetness in words we said
Wouldn't be replaced by fiddling fights

It would have been great
If we had stopped all this
There wouldn't be any scrable against fate
And we wouldn't have that disguise bliss

If only; we had never wished
Or we had prepared for abrubt agony
Our dreams would had not perished
And hearts wouldn't needed to sing solitary symphony...
