If onlyA Poem by Vaibhav Singh ThakurHis story of failure....
If Only
If only, I had known Exorbitant expectations ; abysmal belief Drags you away; all alone Qualm and stoic amid grief If only I hadn't trusted Everyone in accessed life The mingle susceptibility was adjusted Causing the silent sudden strife If only; I hadn't lost The identity and the notion Dreams so found; did exhaust Leaving the agony and commotion If only, I hadn't expected Too much from every one Now even single word seems suspected In between dwindling horizon If only, I had felt reality Obscuring amidst the eerie world Deciphering the subterfuge cruety Then deploring is rather absurd. © 2014 Vaibhav Singh Thakur |
