Wish

Wish

A Poem by Holly

I feel the empty, I feel the yearning.
My life’s pages are slowly turning.
I wanna run hard, and I wanna fly fast.
Let’s get these pages turned and passed.

She’s too far for me to hold, too far to kiss.
She’s something I’ve never had but somehow miss.
The thought of her touch, her loving gaze.
It’s something that leaves me in a daze.

Wish I didn’t have to wait, wish she wasn’t so far.
I’m always looking up for that shooting star.
But if I have to wait, I’ll do it with a smile.
Cause she’s worth the wait, she’s worth my while.

I’ll send her my love, and seal it with a kiss.
And continue to be amazed,
that a love like hers can actually exist.

About
Hi there, I'm Holly. I'm 18 years young. 2.21.09 was the best day ever, it's when a certain girl stole my heart and kept it next to hers. :] I've been in love with Hope since I met her. I never though.. more..
