Cemetery DollA Poem by Kai HarmonA poem summarizing my Crawly's Dolly story
There once a doll from Crawly's Dolly Store
She sat on the shelf every day and nothing more. No matter how beautiful her stitched smile upon her face. She never was chosen to leave her place. Although she was beautiful and made by hand, She gave an eerie vibe to all in the land. One night Mr. Crawly, stayed late to make more But he witnessed a most haunting sight like never before. That very doll who sat in the store all day and night. Caused Mr.Crawly the most horrendous fright. In shock to see his doll could walk and speak as well the poor old man collapsed and fell. As he fell he hit his head the last he could see was the doll raised from the dead. The doll simply smiled as his world faded to a black abyss. She promised that she'd carry on the shop's bliss. From that night on Crawly's Dollies had earned its name by the frightening scene that the town's people claim. The doll he saw kept to her word Creating more dolls as Crawly had heard. She made dolls in his name as each creation brought this legend to fame This is the story of Crawly's Dolly. Her creations shall never be viewed as folly. For each one she stitched and made by hand. Housed a lost soul from the cemetery's land. © 2017 Kai HarmonAuthor's Note
