For You.

For You.

A Poem by Jillian Louise

My supporting limbs,
They melt beneath me.
The choir in my head sings their hymns,
And I am no longer drowning in the sea.

I have been lifted above the waves,
With my arms in the air.
I am carried above the cliffs and caves,
I am moving far away from there.

My skin glows brighter,
As if the sun is beneath my skin.
I love when you pull me in tighter,
I cannot help but give in.

I feel my heart beating in my throat,
When I catch you looking at me.
And all I desire to do is float,
Above the waves across the sea.

This is epic! I love the theme of the sea, it brings the poem to greater heights and supplies beautiful imagery. Very well done! I love it. :)

Oh Wow! I loved these lines, such an amazing flow.
This is very poetic and very well written.
