Every time I feel alone,

Alone in the darkness,

There's a hand that reaches out

It's your hand that makes me stand,

Stand every time I fall

 

Every time you touch my hand

I feel like I'm safe in any harm

Safe 'cause your hand is holding tight on mine

Tightness that I will keep holding on

Holding on until the end

 

Every time you touch my hand,

I feel the warmth of your love

Your love that keeps my faith strong

Strength that I feel when you're here,

Faith that I feel every time you touch my hand.

Oh my God! Just the way that your emphazied and powered a smiple gesture as touching a hand is magnificent! I love the simplicity but yet complexity of this poem, especially the last line. "Faith that I feel everytime you touch my hand" was just the right kind of spice in my chicken nood soup. (I love analogies)! Please keep writing it was a great pleasure to read this piece, the emotion of the whole thing was astounding. So are you really in love with someone? :) Hehe
