Do you know the difference between insane and lunatic? 
Insane, probably, lacks perceptibility having innate mental problem which generally requires professional help. 
Lunatic, on the other hand is
ardently driven towards insanity, infallibly embezzle-ing ascetic austerity of a person by luna , which is moon in Latin. 
Walking the same lane, wearing the same hat, playing the same card, a lunatic. 
you ever look up to the floating moon , red red?Now,You have a keen desire to get up from your bed, scamper to your balcony subdued.
you are implacable now, deflated. 
Obnoxious by the calm, placid rudiments of night you reckon the peril. A clairvoyant is there inside you, gallant but apoplectic.
