Crazy

Some freestyle poem I made up a few months ago.

You said, "Are you okay?"
I lied and said "Yes"
You asked me to talk to you
I wished it was much more simpler
So much easier to understand
What all these feelings inside
That keep wrecking havoc.

My mind runs in circles
I feel delusional
I can't think straight
I've fallen off my axis
Hovering in a pit
Of nothing.

In my sleep I shiver
Tears streaming
Mumbling incoherently
Clinging to the hole
In my chest
Feeling it ripping open
Bigger and bigger everyday.

Fake smiles
Fake laughs
Some fake friends
Scared to trust
Terrified to fall
Sitting here alone
Does anybody hear me scream?

I think I'm crazy
I know I am
Crazy is my reality
Never coming back
To the surface
Of the world
Living in a fantasy
Of lies

Crazy
That's me
Forever
Til the end.
