He used to call me by the names of many flowers

If I were a dozen "roses" in your eyes

How much of me would you pluck?

If I were a cloud above you

would you cry for rain, 

would you make me gloomy?

Why do we pain those we love,

Why do we seek to gain from stripping this "fox glove"?

If I were tears and your hand was already near,

would you wipe me, strike me, maybe my biggest fear...

Would you ignore me, your little "forget me not"?

If I were a spring fed cavern within your arms,

would you you hide me, from...

Life 

And

Harms

Why do we so often find ourselves at "Love, well we sank it",

Why won't these loves be as seductive, beautiful, and hearty...

As "Indian Blanket"...

In my opinion it flowed well and was dear and lovely. This poem is so very feminine. It is soft and delicate and vulnerable. Your use of natural things to express your feelings gave it much depth. :-)

aw, thank you fireblossom, i have been writing a lot of darker and less happy themed pieces lately I blame my friend on here Christopher G. S. he writes some really twisted stuff, it just kind of got in my head lately a bit. I am happy that you see beauty in this to, thanks
