Angels and Demons

A constant battle going on in my head.
Internal conflict where plenty gets said.
Fighting to dominate, good against bad.
Feeling happy against feeling sad.
A battle field where I sit on my own.
Surrounded by Angels and Demons who roam.
Seeking to conquer the war of who's right.
The Angels sing out, the Demons they bite;
There I sit somewhere in between.
Irresponsible victim it would seem.

it's short but very meaningful. i personally can't squeeze in that much emotion in such few lines as this. wow. you're good!
people have an angels and demons war everyday in their heads, and you explained it vividly and thoroughly...in such few lines! beautiful.

The angels and demons of our minds do battle for control but utimately we are never victims at all. Instead we are well aware players in the game. I like the way you describ the battle between good and evil, how one sings while the other bites. In this universe is there really a right or wrong? a good or a bad? for what is right to one is wrong to another and what is good for one is bad to another so we have balance more so than a good or a bad. Loved this write it was pretty cool.
