Staring into the night

Another world unfolds

Captivated by starlight

And the moonlit reflections

Staring into emptiness

While today comes to a close

Silent, bittersweet whispers

Mourn the end of another day

Staring into calmness

The endless navy blue expanse

Speckled with silver, punctured by black branches

And yet the sight brings serenity...
