Lightning My life

Lightning dances across the sky,

and somehow it reminds me of my life,

Unpredictable, and wild,

untamed,

I am no longer a child,

It flashes and crashes,

never to be the same,

Then right along with it,

comes the rain,

When it comes to my life,

most of it is pain,

I have nothing left to gain,

Moving around,

never to be in the same place again,

I feel no shame,

for in this pain,

playing this horrible game,

there is beauty,

that cannot be named,
