Anorexia Nervosa

Anorexia Nervosa

A Poem by JayDee

Stress
Anger
Rage
Peer pressure
Ain't  nothing like the feeling of the depressor
Tired
Dizzy
Faint
Thirsty
The heart forgets its beat rate firstly
Fear
Denial
Refusal
Depressed
Wake up and realise its not for the best
Ditch
Complain
Cover up
Lie
"Everyone seems to be happier than I"
Hurt
Sad
Mad
Tainted
Don't  come tell me "its complicated"
Anxious
Mental
Obsessive
Abuse
The betterment of yourself, I will never let you refuse

A very poignant poem. Thank you for sharing. I myself have written a novel based on my own sister's anorexia. It's always good to read of another's perception of these awful disorders.
