Don't take love for granted...

A tear that falls
In heart ache despair
No more words said
Of only loves fair...

                       Heart breaks
   of memories known
        A fallen truth
That was once sown

A friendship inclined
   of one like before
        A past happiness
           of something to restore

                            Believe in ones self
        that it will be okay
Stay strong
   For just another day

Hold back
   from all the pain
       And cry out
        That of disdain

    Hold on
            to the love that exists
And try to ignore
the hurt that persists

The day will come
         for that moment again
        Of that still felt hope
        That will forever remain
