Better or Worse

Its funny how everything I was -

The sweeter

the kinder

the funnier

...the truer...

is nothing of who I am now

None of this may make sense

but only will you know

once you read it again

                       ...and again....

        ...and again...

till eventually you realise

that you were the one

who made me the better person...

The person no one knows today

For all they see

Is the me I never knew...
